First Time Use

It is important to clean your Soup Maker before first use or if it has not been used for a long period of time. See the ‘Dream to clean’ section for more information. When you first use your Soup Maker you may notice some smoke/vapour emitting from the Lid (9), this is normal and is simply grease that is used on some parts of the appliance during the manufacturing process. After using a few times this will stop.

• Always locate your appliance away from the edge of a worktop.
• Ensure that the appliance is used on a firm, flat surface.
