Homemade White Bread

White bread baked at home with ease. Add a few ingredients and let the bread maker do all the work.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
- 2 tablespoons skim milk powder
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/4 cups plain “00” flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fast action yeast
Method
- Place the water, milk powder, sugar, oil, salt, flour, yeast, into the Bread Maker Pan.
- Select program 1. Press start.
- When program is finished remove bread from Pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
