Bake your own rustic white loaf, perfect to match with homemade soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 2 tablespoons skim milk powder
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups plain “00” flour
- 1 teaspoon fast action yeast
Method
- Place the water, milk powder, sugar, oil, salt, flour and yeast into the Bread Maker Pan.
- Select program 2. Press start.
- When program is finished remove bread from Pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
